ten on ten

once a month on the tenth

taking a photo every hour for ten consecutive hours. 

Finding much life and beauty 

among the ordinary things of our day!

Today is a cold typical winter day.

We had a dusting of snow this morning.

It was gone after a few hours and not the sun is out!

Still freezing cold out though.

6:40am

I was up early this morning so I could watch my nephew Cohen.

I was able to get a picture of Michelle making her lunch.

7:40am

Breakfast time

On top of my nephew I watch a couple of other kiddos during the week.

Thursday is a pretty popular day and they are usually all here!

8:40am

Getting breakfast dishes put in 

dishwasher with a little "help"

9:40 am

books, books, books

Cohen has his own little tub of books I keep on a low shelf for him.

He loves to crawl up on my lap and hand me book after book to read.

Sometimes we get a page in sometimes we read the whole thing.

He loves Spot the best because it has flaps.

He will sit with me for a good half hour.

When he was over it Mia pulled out some books for us to read.

10:40am

Nolan loves Cars!

Today he was driving them around in the dump truck.

Every once in a while he would dump them out

and then drive them all back in again.

11:40am

Mia asked all morning if they could watch Wonder pets.

Finally while I made lunch I let them watch one.

12:50pm

Cohen is out for the count after a busy morning of playing.

1:50pm
When the kiddos were asleep I went through the mornings
pictures and started my ten on ten post!

3:20  pm
The kiddos have all been picked up
and Jordan is returning home from school!

5:15pm

It was an easy dinner night tonight.

I was going to head to the gym,

Michelle was swimming with a friend,

and Josh had leftover from work.

Good thing Jordan loves cereal!

I ended up taking so many pictures today I made a video too!
