Elf on the Shelf | week 2

 

Day 8- Sunshine is so sweet. He hid chocolate kisses for the kids to find!

 

 

Day 9- Sunshine gathered up some of Jordan's stuffed animal friends and waited in the corner of his room for him to find him. Jordan didn't even notice him until this afternoon.

Jordan said, "Sunshine loves me that means I have been good."

 

 

Day 10- Sunshine impresses his friends with his basketball skills

 

 

Day 11- Sunshine playing Peek a boo

 

 

Day 12- Sunshine decorated Michelle's room while she slept with bows

 

 

Day 13- Saturday afternoon we decorated gingerbread houses for our daily countdown activity
Sunshine helped prep the night before!

 

 

Day 14- Sunshine is still keeping us entertained each day!
Sunshine teasing the fish with a sweet treat!

Elf on the Shelf | week 1

 

This year Sunshine returned on the first day of December.

I wanted to do a breakfast like last year but didn't work out so

Sunshine put together an afternoon snack and then waited for the kids

to come home to see him! That morning Jordan actually commented asking

where Sunshine was.

 

Day 2- Sunshine rolled himself down the stairs last night when he should have been resting.
Jordan loved that "sunshine was a snowball rolling down the mountain!"

 

Day 3- sunshine left a present for us this morning.

Of course Jordan wanted to eat it lol.

Later that day I dropped the kiss in the toilet and

Jordan thought that was pretty funny to find when he came home.

Day 4- Jordan is pretty routine and I knew that he would head straight
to the dishwasher for a bow to pour his cereal in. It was the perfect hiding
spot for Sunshine!

 Day 5- That night sunshine snuck into the kids rooms
 and took selfies with them while they were sleeping!
He then printed them up so the kids could see them in the morning.

Day 6- Sunshine loves a birthday as much as I do!
He was so kind in decorating for my birthday on Saturday!

Day 7- Sunshine loves being silly so he added little mustaches to some
pics of the kids. He didn't want to miss out so he wore one as well!

Day 11

Sunshine just hanging around

Sunshine saved us all and killed the spider that had been running around earlier

 Jordan received a gift from Sunshine at a Christmas party

 Sunshine left silly notes for the kids before school

Stayed up all night playing DS

He left some fun snow day activities!

Sunshine hiding in the silverware drawer

Sunshine started working on the puzzle for us.

Sunshine brought a few gifts back with him

Day 23

I didn't get a picture but Sunshine left a letter for the kids

before heading off to the north pole for good.

We started a few days into the month so that is why we only did 23 days!

Elf on the shelf {part 1}

This is the first year for us doing elf on the shelf.

I have been wanting to do it for a few years now before Jordan

got to old. I finally was able to order one and get it here on time.

Jordan has loved it so far!

He welcomed with a special breakfast.

Jordan and I then read the book and picked out a name.

Jordan picked the name Sunshine.

If we were to ever get a second one he is set on Moonlight.

Sunshine put the finally touches on decorating the tree.

After being up late Sunshine fell asleep before he 

could get into any fun.

Sunshine stayed up all night playing tic tac toe with his snowman friend

Day 8
Sunshine hid kisses around the living room for the kids to find.

Day 9

Sunshine tried to sneak off with a cookie but left a trail.

Day 10
Sunshine enjoying two of his favorite food groups candy canes and syrup.
