ten on ten | July

ten on ten button

once a month on the tenth
taking a photo every hour for ten consecutive hours.
Finding much life and beauty
among the ordinary things of our day!

Thursday is a very low key day for us.
It is nice to have a day to hang out around the house.
Jordan enjoyed watering the lawn, watching the garbage and playing in his baseball game.
Michelle got to babysit her cousins for most of the day, come to Jordan's game with us
and then Josh took her out on a little date before she leaves for a week.

better later then never this week!
I did take seven pictures on the tenth. I am just a
few days late in posting them with the excitement
of the last week of school!

1- Jordan dressed and eating breakfast before school

2- Love this smile

3- working on my "homework" for a class I am taking.
My assignment is to get in the pictures so I set up my camera and got my adorable nephew!

4- Got to go to my son's school to watch the kids get their attendance awards

5- Play tug a war.
Each class goes up against the other classes in their grade.
Jordan's class won both rounds!

6- Dunk Tank to celebrate the girls winning the box top competition

7- Ice cream before the first practice of summer baseball

Finding much life and beauty
among the ordinary things of our day!

Yesterday was a just a plain old busy day.
It was a day full of two adorable babies who love to cuddled, tickled,
have you get silly with them, feed them, change them and love them.

It was a day full of two toddler boys who love to be super silly with each other, chase each other,
get out a bucket of toys to dump out to explore for five minutes and then be on to the next, love to play cars
and trains together, to color, to make each other laugh and be goofy over lunch.
It was a day full of a kindergartner who loves to draw, get crafty,
love on the babies, give them hugs and tickles too and to be my little helper.

It was a day full of squeezing in cleaning, dishes and
setting up in preparation for bunco at my house.
Then a repeat after all the ladies had gone home.

It was a day of multiple parties one here one at Josh's office.
We were sharing tables, the vacuum, and food which all arrived
ten minutes prior to bunco beginning!

It was an evening of running around for Josh. Home from his party, back out to
go coach Jordan's basketball team, back home only to find out I forgot to tell
him to pick up Michelle and her friend, back out and home again.

At the end of the night though all was well and quiet.
I got to enjoy some wine and show with my love.
It was busy but a fun, good busy.

1. Elf on the shelf left kisses hidden for the kids

2. Jordan wanted me to read to him while he ate breakfast.

3. busy toddler at play

4. Stockings finally hung with care

5. a little touch of sparkle

6. candy cane hearts

7. kids have been here

8. one of my favorite things

9. a super cute bunting I got for a prize.

10. Just picture a snuggly blanket, a glass of wine and me

Pretty busy keep going day today.
Got the kids off to school.
My nephews got to come play for a while.
Early release so Jordan was home by noon.
Had a little down time and watched a snuggle show together.
LOVE the scent of this candle and have it burning all day.
Michelle wants to cook more so she made us a chili for dinner.
Then it was off to bender for flag football!
Jordan even got the ball and scored his first touch down!

10:00am hour- We headed down the road to Bender fields do run in the sprinkler.

1:00 pm hour- kids were here now they are having rest and relaxation time inside.

2:00 pm hour- banana "ice cream" for snack

6:00 pm hour- dinner complete and a little spare relax time before church.
