planning and doing

First off I updated my top bar with a tab for all 
my 2013 goals if you want to check it out.

Part of my getting fit! getting healthy! goal is to get back into 
meal planning and actually going to the store. 
Over the past 6 months both these things have gone out the window.
I am not a fan of grocery shopping.
It is a chore and I don't like it.
I think the part I don't like the most is the getting home, 
taking all the groceries inside, and then finding a place to put it all.

Anyways this week I made myself plan out meals for two weeks.
I tried to find meals that were a combination of mostly healthy 
but meals the kids would eat or pick through.

Today after an emotional roller coaster seahawk game I went to Costco



and then Safeway to stock up on a ton of veggies and food for meals.
When I got done at Safeway I texted Josh for all them to get there shoes
on so they can help me when I get home.
The kids whined through the process but glad I didn't have to do it alone.
No our fridge is jammed packed with veggies like never has been before!

Tomorrow marks the first week of my new getting fit and healthy challenge!
I will have an update on that Tuesday!
Also now that I have a fridge full of health I plan on juicing once a day starting tomorrow!
