I completed the Advocare 24 day challenge.
I didn't get the weight loss I was hoping for.
I lost 5 pounds the first week and I had high hopes.
After that I just pretty much maintained.
At least it was a jump start for me.
Since then I have lost almost 5 more pounds so
a ten pound weight loss is right around the corner.
Weight loss is always such a slow process for me
and I am trying to not get discouraged and keep with it.
The last week I started using my fitness pal again to track
my daily calories. I have also been doing couch to 5k
four to five days a week with my sister in law Christine.
We are totally rocking it!
We have been doing workouts like warm up, run five minutes, walk three
minutes, run five minutes, walk three minutes, run five minutes and cool down.
Another one we have done is warm up, run eight minutes, walk five minutes,
run eight minutes and cool down.
We have shaved our mile time down to 9:02 minute miles!
We were supposed to run twenty minutes straight today but after already
putting in four days this week and I have a huge worn spot on my heal
that I can't seem to keep band aids on while running we opted to repeat
the five minute run interval. We are trying to add in abs three days a week.
That is where I am currently at with my getting fit! getting healthy goals!
Still chugging along trying to stay on track.
