Egg Hunt

On the years that we go to my parents for Easter I love to put together the Easter egg hunt for the kids.

This year we are going to be celebrating Easter with the Josh's parents 

but I still really wanted to do an egg hunt for the kids!

So I bought a TON of candy stuffed all the eggs Wednesday night while the kids were gone.

I save the eggs from year to year but still end buying more eggs.

The amount of eggs keeps growing but that is a good thing since 

Cohen has now joined the cousin egg hunt!

Today I dropped the kids of at my sister in law Christine's house and told them I had to run a few errands.

I then drove to the little park between our houses and covered the field with eggs.

Jana, Danny, and Cohen showed up a little early in case I needed help with the eggs.

I think they really just wanted more time to go through all the eggs and pick out candy they wanted.

And trust me Jana did this.

At least my brother Charlie wasn't here this year to take the candy out and fill them with rocks.

I actually found a few eggs still filled with rocks when I was going through the box.

We let Cohen have a head start on his hunt.

He LOVED the plastic eggs!
