Relaxing weekend

Seems like I was just writing about are weekend and here I am again with a weekend update.
The weeks go by fast but the weekends are super fast.
They are only two days long.
You spend your whole week looking forward to them and
then you blink and you are saying ughh Monday again.

Friday night was pretty chill.
We caught up on American Idol.

Saturday Jordan had a basketball game at 9am.
He rocked it even with a stitched up forehead.
His favorite spot to stand is right under the basketball
which made me cringe each time someone shot.
I could see the ball bouncing right off his forehead and blood gushing out.
Josh did out a sweat band on him before the game.
I was going to take pictures but pulled out my camera tried to turn on with no luck.
I had charged the battery and forgot to put it back in :(
Jordan did a lot better moving around today and staying with his person.
He got several rebounds and  made  couple of baskets!
I love when he puts his arms up and his hands always look like crab claws.
I think it is cute :)
He did have the ball bounce of his head once, go figure, but it was on the back.
He was able to shake it off and continue playing.

After his game with dropped the kidlets off at my parent's house
so Josh and I could have a much needed date night.
Josh had to do some work at his office so I tagged along and hung out.
Then he went and played football while I relaxed, planned, and showered.

We headed into Bellingham to Walmart to do some shopping. I wanted to pick out a little something for the kids for Valentines day and had a few things on a list.
We then decided to catch a movie.
Afterwards we grabbed some dinner and went to the Upfront Theater.
It was a great night and I had a lot fun hanging out with my man.

On Sunday the kids returned in the morning.
We were going to go to church but they were both not feeling well with colds.
First sickness of any kind we have had since before school started in the fall.
I guess we were due.
Spent the day at home relaxing.
The kids were getting excited for Valentine's Day so they got started on those.

Happy Valentine's Day!
