Week of October 17th to October 21st

Monday, October 17 to Friday, October 21

Another busy week here!  The weeks have just been flying by and I can't believe October is almost over!

Monday 

Today the weather was a nice fall day with the sun out so we were able to go on a morning walk.  We headed to bender and of course stopped at the dirt hill.  Jordan loves climbing it, rolling down it, and finding clumps of dirt to throw & watch break apart when they hit the ground. 

After getting completing covered in dirt we moved on to the play ground at Bender to play!

We had a very relaxed evening watching Monday night football.  Michelle was spending the night at my mom's house so very quiet here.  While she was there she got to go visit Cohen and hold him for the first time!

Tuesday

I have claimed Tuesday nights as my night to do whatever I want with!!  This Tuesday I spent it running errands.  A trip to Costco (is that place ever not busy???) and then off to the ever crazy Wal-mart where I can't find anything since remodeling.

Wednesday

Since the weather is still decent we headed to the little park to play.  Jordan brought along his football for him and Danny to play football with.

After school Josiah and Eli got to come over and the boys were very excited!

They really wanted to play some Wii before they left so after they got all ready to go I let them play for a bit!

Thursday

Today ended up being a pretty crazy day.  Jordan's preschool class went to the pumpkin patch today and of course I went along but there are alot of pictures so I wrote all about it in a different post.  When we got home he changed out of his wet, muddy clothes and Gramma showed up to take him to her house. He got to go wheel barrow shopping, actually asked to take a nap, and got to do some yard work with the new wheel barrow.
After school I had 6 kids getting off the bus here.  Michelle, her friend Lauren, Josiah, Eli, Sal, and Danny.  The boys I moved right on through back outside with snack and to burn off some energy while the girls got started on homework.  After a little bit the boys came back in and joined the girls in doing homework.
I survived the craziness of excited kids finally getting to have cousin time and even got to sneak away for a Cohen snuggle before Josh left.

Friday


All I can say is TGIF!!!
I had a very early morning with 7 kids up and full of energy before 7 am!  I made through with coffee, reminding myself over and over that school was soon, and markers & stickers!

Ty brought a corn chopper today so Jordan was in Heaven.  They set up rows of corn using legs and would drive the chopper through and the other would throw the legos in a bucket.

Some plans for this weekend are carve our big pumpkin, paint smaller pumpkins, go to Lion King in 3D and dinner, relax a lot, watch football and relax some more!
