Vegas getaway

For our anniversary Josh and I went on a little getaway to Vegas. Vegas has been a yearly trip for us sometimes we have been fortunate and have gone twice! We haven't been since last year for Josh's birthday. I think people always wonder why we choose there. 

 Here are a few things that keeps us going back.

1. Cheap.

2. Fly out of Bellingham

3. Josh LOVES poker

4. I LOVE sunshine and laying by the pool!

We both win in Vegas!

This year we actually stayed off the strip at the Rio. We both really enjoyed it. I loved laying out by the sandy pool and around 10:30 am the music would start up and I loved that! I kept finding myself singing along and dancing a little in my lounge chair.

We did see a few shows this time which were a lot of fun. We went out dancing two nights. The first night there we went out to the Voo Doo Lounge at the Rio and the next night to Gilley's for some country dancin'. We also did some shopping and we came across a memorabilia store and Josh had to have some stuff for his office. Lucky for us he won big the other day at the poker table!
