Summer regional in Seattle | Space needle

Sunday was our last day in Seattle.
We had meant to do the Space Needle earlier
in the weekend but didn't have the time.
After we checked out of our hotel we drove over to check it out!
We also kept telling them they could get ice cream all weekend
and we finally did up top the space needle!

Summer regional in Seattle | Day 3

First off Saturday the kids actually slept in which was wonderful!
Michelle instantly was making plans with her friend to go see a movie.

Jordan and I played tourist for the day!
Josh had meetings in the morning so Jordan and I headed out
by foot to the aquarium.  We raced through it because Jordan just
wasn't really that into it that day. Afterwards we walked around and saw the sights.
We watched the ferries and the tour boats, we got Starbucks and went into shops.

At lunch time Josh came and joined us. But do to the rock n roll 5k
going on he had a really hard time driving to where we were.  Jordan
and I got a table outside at Red Robin so we could still watch the boats.

After lunch we drove over to Century Link Field for a tour of the stadium.
The tour was a lot of fun and very informative.
We came away with way to many goodies from the pro shop!

We ended the night with Josh's awards dinner.
He received three awards!

Summer regional in Seattle | Day 1 & 2

Thursday afternoon we headed to Seattle for Josh's yearly
summer regional. This is the first time it has only been a
few hours away so didn't have to leave super early.

Other places we have gone are Ska Mania Lodge in Stevenson, Wa {2013},  Suncadia in Cle Elum, Wa {2012} and Sun Mountain Lodge in Leavenworth, Wa {2011}.

This year was by far the best one yet! There was a ton to do and they planned
a lots activities for the teen and families to do ! It was fun to be a tourist for a few days.

Once we got there Josh and I went to a meeting together while Jordan hung out
in the child care and Michelle reconnected with friends. Finally the meeting
we had dinner with all the FA's and their families.
The teens then got to go to chaperoned to Game works which was right across the street.
Jordan headed up to watch a movie with a group of kids while Josh and I
got to mingle in the hospitality suite.

Saturday morning Josh headed off to meetings while we all still slept. I finally woke the kids
up so they could get breakfast before it closed. Then I had to head to a spouse's meeting.

After the meeting we walked to get lunch and then to check out Pike street Market.

We went back to our hotel about three so we could join the other families in riding the ducks!
That is something I have always wanted to do and was a lot of fun.
When we got back we had a little time before heading to dinner.
After dinner Jordan and I headed up to the room to relax, Josh played in the yearly
poker game and Michelle went with a group to the Big Ferris Wheel.
