First off a random winner was picked today by rafflecopter.
And the winner is Christine!
She was at baseball camp too with my nephew
Eli so I will able to deliver it right away!
We started the morning off by actually sleeping in a little.
If you call 7:45 am sleeping in but it is for Jordan and I.
We had some breakfast together and then I took him
to the high school for a spring baseball training camp.
He was super excited to go and was all amped up when we got there.
I was talking to another mom who had a son in Kindergarten.
I asked her if her son was doing t-ball too.
Jordan then says to her, "I hit bombs off the tee."
Love his confidence and sounds so much like his daddy.
When they went off in their groups I headed home for a little quiet
time and do some planning for Jana's baby shower.
I went back half hour before it was over to watch him
and get a few pictures. He was in the outfield and I could
tell he was loving it. He was running all over to where the ball was hit.
I got to watch have him hit too.
He ended up getting a home run!
At the very end they gathered up all the kids and handed out some awards.
Jordan got to big out a candy bar for throwing the farthest in his age group.
He said he had the new world record :)
He also got his name drawn in a raffle and got another t-shirt!
Before they left they got a certificate and then they ran through a tunnel
of the high school baseball players!
After camp he got invited to go stay at Gramma and Grampa's overnight.
I drove him out there to discover when we got there that he grabbed
someone else's bat bag not his. So I had to quick go back return in
and grab his. Then it was back home for a little rest and relaxation.
Michelle was at her friends house so I watched a movie.
Haven't done that in a long time unless Josh and I watch one.
Josh and Michelle both came shortly after.
Michelle headed right outside to play with the neighborhood
kids. She is very social and loves being around friends all the time.
Josh and I even went out and played catch in the alley.
Haven't done that in a long long time.
Now I am ready for bed but will probably end up staying up while longer.
Michelle is just coming in from hanging out by the fire pit.
The joys of spring break being able to stay up later.
