Silly Boy

June 30
Thursday

Today you got out of your pjs and dressed yourself alone with no whining!  I didn't even bother to correct you when you shorts were on backwards!
I asked to take your picture because I was so proud of you and you were a totally goof ball and gave me all kinds of poses.

You also went to your last day of Kids Summer Camp at CTK.  You really enjoyed it and made lots of fun crafts that you were excited to bring home to show me.

Golf Lesson

I let Josh pick out his Father's day gift this year.  We searched Amazon together and he found a golf push cart, balls, a ball catcher for when it goes in the water, and a set of golf clubs for Jordan.  Josh wants to take Jordan so bad and now he can.
As soon as he showed them to Jordan he was ready to try them out and did great!
You even let daddy show you how to stand, swing, and you listened when would give you direction!

Daddy is super excited to take you to play for real!

1st Day of Summer

June 21
Tuesday

It is finally here summer!!  We have had a long, dreary spring and today summer it here!  The sun even is shining!
I have this week off so we spent the day enjoying the sunshine.
The kids went to VBS in the morning, we had a picnic lunch, Josh and I laid out and enjoyed some sunshine, and later I took the kids to Edaleen Dairy for icecream!

Boys Weekend

June 10th-12th
Friday through Sunday

Jordan and Josh headed up to the Glen this weekend for a boys weekend.  Jordan has been looking forward to this for several weeks counting the days on the calendar.

Daddy was also really looking forward to spending one on one time with you.

You got to eat when and what you wanted, got to stay up late, and your favorite part was snuggle sleeping with daddy.

Here are a few pictures daddy took on his phone.

Girls Weekend

June 10-12
Friday through Sunday

This weekend it was just us girls.  Josh and Jordan headed up to the Glen for some man time while Michelle and I stayed at home to have girl time.

Friday night Michelle had her friend birthday party with 5 of her friends.
They came over at 6 'o clock for pizza and presents.

After  all that excitement we piled into Melissa's van to go roller skating.

I made these party bags for the girls to take with to the skating rink.  Included in them glow stick bracelets, ring pops, pixie sticks, gum, air heads, fruit roll up, a notebook, and a gel pen.

The girls skating until about 9:30pm before heading home.  Two of her friends hung out for a bit and we took them home around 10:30.

Saturday
In the morning Michelle and I worked on cleaning our rooms and bathrooms.  When we finally had enough of that we headed out to go shopping.  Michelle had b-day money and gift cards she wanted to spend and I needed a black dress for our trip to Winthrop.  We shopped the afternoon away, ate some dinner at the mall, and continued shopping the night away.  We did relax a while and get our toes done complete with pretty flowers.

You (Michelle) were going to go spend the night at Gramma's but it got to be late and you wanted to go home and sleep.  But you were concerned that Gramma's feelings would be hurt if you didn't go.  You are such a sweetie.

Sunday we slept in after an exhausting day of shopping.  We headed out to the store after breakfast and when we came back Daddy and Jordan were home!
We spent the rest of the day as any usual Sunday playing outside with friends and relaxing.
