advent activities {days 16 - 22}

day 16

{color Christmas pictures together}

Michelle wasn't feeling well and actually went to bed early this night.

This is one of those more simple activities that brings us all together.

In the past I have covered the entire table in a huge piece of paper 

and we all draw on it.

day 17

{make gifts for teachers}

This never happened unfortunately.

Michelle and I ended up with the stomach flu.

I spent the entire day sick on the couch.

day 18

{joke and a candy}

knock! knock!

Who's there?

snow.

Snow who?

Snow use, I have forgotten my name again.

haha!

day 19

{cousin sleepover by the tree}

This is a traditional activity that we have done for several years.

This year we added in swimming, a snack bar for the movie

and a glow stick dance party.

{write a Christmas story together}

I printed up a couple Christmas mad libs for us all to fill out together.

The kids weren't that in to it but we did complete one.

I was a little bummed I thought they would love it.

day 22

I am not very good at night time pictures

so a lot these are kind of blurry. 

The had a "toy shop" where you could a toy to make.

Michelle choose a top.

Jordan just wanted to play in a little play area.

They have a polar express train.
