Fun in the Sun | Cultus Lake water Park

The last Thursday in July Josh took the day off and we went as a family

to the Cultus Lake Water Park! We had a much needed electronic free family 

time together! Michelle is turning into quite the thrill seeker like Josh and they did every 

single ride. Jordan is try's his best to keep up and played the hardest today out of everyone!

Fun in the Sun | Larrabee

Last year {2013} we made a trip out to Larrabee and the kids loved it.

It is a beach off of Samish bay in Bellingham. There are lots of tide pools 

to explore, rocks to climb and water to swim in! A couple Tuesdays

ago we made the trip again and the kids had just as much fun.

fun in the sun | Pioneer days

Josh has played Pioneer Days for several years now!

It is the only local tournament his team does!

It is a two day tournament and they ended up taking 3rd place.

Jordan loves going to this particular field and playing on the dirt bike park.

He also had fun running around with all his friends and play scrap games of

football and baseball in the back field.

fun in the sun | swim lesson {session 1}

Every summer we sign Jordan up for swim lessons.

In the past we have gone through Homestead but this year we 

went through Bode Swim and loved it!

It is a family owned pool and the mom and daughter teach the classes.

Bonus is they have a diving board and a slide that the kids get to have

play time on at the end of each class! He learned a ton of new things!
